Gonzalo Ugidos
Owner
Gonzalo started his construction career in Miami, FL in 2008. He and his family decided to make Frisco their home in 2014. He opened T1 Roofing at that time. After two years, his clients asked him to expand his services to other areas of construction and the business has been growing ever since. Gonzalo has built a trusted team of knowledgeable experts to help his clients with all of their construction needs. He has worked with hundreds of happy families throughout DFW. When not on a job site Gonzalo enjoys a Sunday afternoon BBQ in his outdoor kitchen with his wife and 3 kids.
Mary Collins
Project Manager
Mary Collins received her BA in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado in 2003 and has worked in design and construction ever since. She loves working with clients to problem solve and bring dream spaces to life. Her experience ranges all aspects of interior and exterior design from residential to commercial. Mary is a Dallas native and has lived in Prosper with her husband and children since 2010. She can most likely be found lounging with her dogs on her patio built by T1 Construction in 2018.
